February 02, 2020
Starting February 3, Google@Wharton two-step verification will become required for all students. Please enroll your Wharton Gmail account by 2/2 to avoid being locked out of Gmail, Google Docs, and other G Suite software. To get started, go to Google’s Two-Step Sign-up page.
Why are we doing this?
Two-Step Verification provides an additional layer of security to your Google@Wharton account by requiring two methods to verify your identity. With Two-Step enabled, you’ll continue to login with your username and password, but a second step will be required to verify your identity using a device in your possession.
With Two-Step Verification your Google@Wharton account is protected even if your password is stolen.
