This Fall 2026, we are bringing this program to the Second-Year Experience.
60+ alumni are ready to engage 1:1 with the 120+ W29 students.
These experienced Wharton alumni were carefully selected to provide you with a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences that will inspire you to create your own path forward as you close the gap between classroom and career.
- The capstone experience runs from October 9 – November 13, 2026
- You will receive feedback on your performance after this 30-minute alumni interview
- The individual results will only be shared with you in a personalized report
