  • Undergraduate Advising & Staff Appointments

    Due to COVID-19 precautions, Undergraduate Division staff are available via email or appointment. A green PennOpen Pass is required when visiting the office.

    Advising Appointments: Advising is by appointment only for fall 2021. Note that appointments can be made up to 12 hours in advance.  Visit the advising services page to make an appointment.

    Peer Advising: Students are encouraged drop by 1400 SHDH to speak with a peer advisor (M/W/F 9am – 5pm and T/TH 12:30 – 5pm). Peer advisors are also available via email.

    Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS): Courtney Hutchison, our Wharton CAPS embedded clinician will be available via telehealth starting August 31. Courtney will be available on Tuesdays: 3-7pm and on Thursdays, 9am-1pm. To schedule a half-hour initial assessment with Courtney, call CAPS (215.898.7021, press 2) during business hours and identify yourself as Wharton student seeking to see the clinician in Huntsman -or- email Courtney directly at

    All students can speak directly to a Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) clinician 24/7, 7 days a week by calling 215-898-7021. All students can make appointments at CAPS by calling or dropping in at the main office at 3624 Market Street during business hours.
