Advising Appointments: Students can make an appointment via the scheduler. Try to meet with your assigned advisor.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS): All students can speak directly to a Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) clinician 24/7 by calling 215-898-7021. CAPS is open at 3624 Market Street. All wellness services remain fully operational and in alignment with CDC public health guidelines and continue to incorporate more telehealth for student choice and convenience. In-office hours are 9:30 am – 1:30 pm, Monday – Friday, and hours of operation are 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday (ET).
CAPS staff remain available to offer a full range of clinical services. You may connect with a member of the Drop-In team or schedule an initial assessment to begin crafting a support plan. Visits will be conducted primarily through telehealth. If you feel you need an in-person consultation, please call 215-898-7021, option 2. You will be asked to participate in a brief health screening followed by a clinical discussion about your needs.
The Wharton CAPS clinician will be available via telehealth starting January 20 on Tuesdays: 3-6pm | Wednesdays: 5-7pm | Thursdays: 3-6pm | Fridays: 9am-1pm (ET). To schedule a half-hour initial assessment with Courtney, call CAPS (215.898.7021, press 2) during business hours and identify yourself as a Wharton student seeking to see the Wharton clinician -or- email Courtney directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
