  • Undergraduate Advising

    Advising Appointments: All advising interactions have moved to video or phone appointments. The schedule for posting those appointments is as follows:

    Friday, March 27 – Appointments posted for April 6-10
    Friday, April 3 – Appointments posted for April 13-17
    Friday, April 10 – Appointments posted for April 20-24
    Friday, April 17 – Appointments posted for April 27-May 1

    In the appointment scheduler, you will have the option to choose phone or video. Instructions on how to connect will be included in your appointment confirmation message

    Vice Dean Office Hours: To make an appointment with the Vice Dean, use the online appointment scheduler.

    Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS): CAPS remains available to students. Services may be performed via phone or video conference, with limited in-person availability. If a student is a current client, their counselor will communicate with them about their needs moving forward. Please refer to the CAPS website for additional information.

    CAPS Huntsman Hall Satellite Office: Though in-person appointments at the CAPS Huntsman Hall office have been suspended for the semester, students can continue to receive care virtually using the online video platform BlueJeans. Students interested in accessing care should contact Courtney Hutchison, LSW, at, or contact the main CAPS office by calling 215-898-7021 and pressing 2. Courtney will communicate directly with current Wharton undergraduate clients about their needs moving forward.

    Note: Students having an urgent concern or needing to speak to a clinician right away, are strongly encouraged to call CAPS 24/7 (215.898.7021, press 1) or visit CAPS’ main office at 3624 Market Street during business hours to be seen for a drop-in visit. All students are encouraged to call in advance should they wish to be seen in person at CAPS. Students should dial 215-898-7021 and press 2 to speak to the front desk.
