At Wharton-approved study abroad programs, students can take classes to satisfy the Business Breadth requirement. They can also take classes to satisfy their General Education, Global, Cross-Cultural Perspectives, Non-Business Elective, and/or Unrestricted Elective requirements.
In addition to the general academic requirements, some Wharton-approved programs require applicants to complete their Business Fundamentals courses prior to the semester abroad. Some Wharton-approved study abroad programs also have upper-level language requirements; students should review each program’s unique requirements with the designated Wharton academic advisor.
