Request for Expected Degree Completion Verification

If you are an international student, be sure to read the Information for Graduating International Students page before completing this form.

The Office of the University Registrar provides enrollment and degree verification for current students and alumni of the University of Pennsylvania. Please find more information here (see the "Verification letters" section below the Verification Services mailing address in the middle of the page).

It takes several weeks after your graduation date for your degree to be officially awarded and posted on your student record. Look for the phrase “Degree Awarded" at the top of your transcript in Path@Penn. May graduates can expect their degree to be awarded by mid-June.

If your degree has not yet been awarded and posted to Path@Penn and the following criteria have been met, please choose “expected degree completion verification" above:

• All required coursework has been successfully completed.
• All grades have been recorded.
• All other degree requirements have been met.

Note: dual-degree students must reach out to the other degree-awarding school to verify specific degree progress.
